A vehicle will only be allowed to enter if its licence plate has been registered in the INTRADA Parking application. This licence plate can be linked to a vehicle owner or driver with a specific subscription. The subscription type defines access permissions for the driver. Permissions can be set in time slots and access to specific parking areas.

A parking subscription describes time intervals of access to the parking facility. A subscriptions validity can be set for a static period - "valid until 12/31/2004" - or can be set dynamically - "valid for one week after asssignment". This feature enables a subscription with a limitid duration, without a static start date. The moment a dynamic subscription is assigned to a licence plate, the end date of the access period will be calculated and set for this vehicle.

Subscription groups can be used to discriminate between parking facility users. The number of vehicles for some subsciption group can be set to a maximum for a specific parking area. When this limit is reached members of the group will not get access to the specific area.

All transactions are stored and can be viewed individually.
