DIS Nordic AB together with ARS Traffic &Transport Technology has been contracted to supply Tiehallinto (Finnish Road Administration) with systems to gather information about travel times and traffic flows nation-wide across Finland.
Tiehallinto (Finnish Road Administration) is the first organisation in Europe to take concrete steps to gather information travel times and traffic flow on a national infrastructure level.

ARS T&TT together with DIS Nordic will be responsible for supplying the technical solutions as well as system integration. The whole nation-wide system, with Intrada ALPR installed, shall be implemented before summer 2008.
